UNIVERSAL INSURANCE

Universal Insurance

  • In lieu of private insurance industries, or mandated insurance requirements this provision shall establish a Universal Insurance Program to be created to supplement any and all insurable needs

  • In accordance with other Universal Programs, or Reforms generally any support, or service they provide that could supersede an insurable activity, shall do so

  • An example would be, Universal Healthcare precludes the need for: Health Insurance, Disability Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Elder Care costs, etc.

  • Wherefore all other activities, or insurable conditions shall be covered by this provision, and outlined explicitly by the department or agency that shall be placed in charge of determination.

  • In accordance with this policy the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) shall be provisionally responsible for determining and outlining activities covered by this Universal Insurance program.

  • In accordance with this policy, any insurance provision added shall not be revoked unless the need for such insurance is materially unnecessary, such as the case with Health Insurance being rendered obsolete due to the Universal Health Care provision

  • At a minimum the following insurance activities shall be added, and coverable: Personal Automobile, Homeowner – guaranteed flood, fire, natural disaster provisions, Renter, Life, Death, Liability (all forms), Professional Equipment including vehicles

  • These are minimums, and it is the explicit intention of this policy to support individuals, consumers, small business owners, and industries in their affected capacities.
