MEET SAM

WHO IS SAM?

Sam grew up in Lancaster, Ohio. He graduated with honors from Lancaster High School, earned Magna Summa Cum Laude on the National Latin Exam, and spent his senior year as a Rotary International exchange student in Rosenheim, Germany.

In 2009, Sam enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served with distinction until receiving an honorable discharge. During his service, he earned his associate's degree from the Community College of the Air Force and witnessed firsthand how government dysfunction directly harms the men and women who serve. The 2013 government shutdown — when servicemembers and their families were left in limbo by political games in Washington — was a turning point.

After leaving active duty, Sam dedicated himself to public service and advocacy. He founded Our Voice USA, a nonprofit that developed free grassroots organizing tools to help everyday Americans participate in democracy. He has run for office multiple times, learning hard lessons about how both parties fail working people.

Now, Sam is running for Congress in Ohio's 15th District as a Republican because he believes the people of this district — in Dublin, Hilliard, Grove City, Upper Arlington, and the communities across Franklin, Madison, Fayette, Clark, and Miami counties — deserve a representative who puts their families first.

Sam lives in the district. He is a working person, not a career politician. He has lived paycheck to paycheck. He has navigated the VA. He understands what it means to struggle — and he's running because he believes that's exactly the kind of person who should be in Congress.

FROM SERVICE TO ADVOCACY

After his military service, Sam channeled his energy into grassroots organizing. He founded the Average Joe's Initiative and later Our Voice USA, building free tools to help candidates and organizers connect with voters without relying on expensive party infrastructure. He has spent nearly a decade fighting for government accountability, working-class economic reform, and giving ordinary citizens a seat at the table.

Sam's political journey has taken him through multiple campaigns and parties. He makes no apologies for it. He has said openly that he left the Democratic Party because its leadership did not serve working people, and he is running as a Republican because he believes in earning the trust of the voters in his district — not in loyalty to any party machine. His record is public. His evolution is honest. And his commitment to the people of OH-15 is unwavering.

WHY SAM FOR OH-15?

Sam understands the people of Ohio's 15th District because he is one of them. He is a veteran. He is a working person. He has navigated the same broken systems — healthcare, housing, the VA — that families across this district face every day.

He is not backed by corporate PACs. He is not funded by special interests. He is running a people-powered campaign because he believes that Congress should answer to the families of Dublin, Grove City, Hilliard, and every community in this district — not to Washington lobbyists.

Sam is running because he believes the people of OH-15 deserve better than a representative who has never faced a competitive race, never been held accountable, and never had to fight for a paycheck. That's not leadership. That's a rubber stamp.

Sam understands us because he IS us. He is truly a man of the people, without having to put on a show. He was born into a blue-collar family, he has worked from the bottom, and he shows exceptional skill and talent as a leader. Furthermore, he has proven throughout his life to be tenacious when facing adversity. His candidacy is a testament to his want to right the wrongs of our political system, and his willingness to restore the promise of the American People as the masters of our own fate.
