Universal Income

Instead of the states offering SNAP benefits, and Section 8 or other similar safety net programs, a Universal Income for Housing and Food shall be implemented instead utilizing the same state funding programs.

Additionally, the Federal Government shall match 100% of any additional state level programs

Universal income payments shall be paid out to all citizens that have reached the age of majority, every month and be determined by the following:

• All Industrial profits shall be divided in half

• 1 half will go towards paying Universal Income

• That half shall be divided by the number of eligible Americans and distributed accoridngly

• These funds shall not be taxable even if it would cause a recipient to increase the gross income above the $100k threshhold for taxation
