All goods that are considered human rights up to and including: food, water, ulities, shelter, and clothing shall be price locked to 1990 prices.

Market fluctuations shall not impact goods or services for Human Necessity

Manufacturing, through the Industrizal Reorginization strategy, shall maintain high quality practices, and meet public demands

Goods that must be manufactured through improted materials, or can only be recieved through imports with foreign states shall be sold at cost (including total cost of shipping, packaging, distribution, etc.)
