Purpose

It shall become the Policy of the United States of America, to facilitate, support, and empower Central and South American Nations to decolonize themselves from European, and even American Influences, up to and including with military defense against their Colonizing Nations.

All nations deserve Individual sovereignty, by the consent of the governed without being exploited, and extorted by any other nation, especially not a colonial power. If we must condemn Israel for committing acts of Genocide against Palestine, then we must look ourselves, as Americans in the mirror and make amends for our own acts of injustice, Human rights Violations, and War Crimes committed in the name of Empire. This further holds true for the remaining European Powers who still, to this day, ravage their former colonies through exploitative economic, social, and military means.

Goals

The goal of supporting and facilitating a One Central and South American, or similar initiative, is that a strong, vibrant, and fully realized Central and South American Bloc, can only result in global economic prosperity, agricultural revitalization, and scientific advancement that pure exploitation, and economic suppression or cultural warfare could ever hope to accomplish.

• The United States shall support: economically, socially, and militarily any Central and South American Nation who wishes to break away from the Colonial Hosts.

• The United States shall sanction any Colonial Power who refuses to adhere to the wishes and will of the Central and South American Nation seeking its Independence

• The United States shall offer its support without compensation, restitution, or facilitation of trade agreements, that do not originate with, and by the consent of the citizens, of the Central and South American Nation that accepts our support

• The United States shall not force it’s support onto any Central and South American Nation, but shall intervene militarily against anynation who attempts to prevent the Independence of the Central and South American Nation

• The United States shall facilitate the return of any Central and South American Immigrant back to their host nation, should they wish it.

• The United States shall abide by the will of the Central and South American Nation, in all matters, too include the method in which support is delivered, interfering only in times of crisis by a foreign power attempting to undermine the Central and South American Nations Independence, or Sovereignty.

• It is not for the United States or any other nation, other than the Central and South American Nation, engaging in their own Independence to determine how that should take place, on what timescale, and in what manner so long as it does not violate humanitarian rights, or are war crimes.
