•There shall no longer be allowed any exchange of goods, services, or monies, in any form by any entity.

•Any acts, attempts, “gratuities”, or similar acts by citizens on behalf of interest groups, including NPO’s, shall be treated as acts of bribery

•Citizen’s United shall be overturned through Executive Order through these provisions

Government Employees Stock Trading

•Punishments for insider trading, shall be the maximum penalty under the law

•All elected officials must divest from all stock portfolios upon assuming office

•All appointed officials must divest from all stock portfolios upon assuming office

•All government officials involved in government contracts, or policy writing, lobbying, or similar activities must divest from all stock portfolios
