MONEY IN POLITICS
Bribery, Donations, PAC’s, & Super PAC’s
Money in politics, especially Citizen’s United as a Ruling, shall be deemed illegal, and any attempts to codify, or undermine this policy shall be similarly treated as illegal.
No donations, of any value, or form, shall be tolerated
Redefine Lobbying, donations, exchange of goods or services, or any other transactional activity from an individual, or organization, to include indirect support through non affiliated messaging, or promotion, regardless of amount, as Bribery, election tampering, fraud, and generally undermining the integrity of our Constitution
PAC’s, and Super PAC’s are henceforth abolished, and made illegal.
Attempts to undermine this policy, or to redefine what is or isn’t a PAC to recreate them in a different name is similarly illegal
Lobbying
The only form of lobbying that shall be admissible are from those activities, or bodies that have met one of the following criteria:
Are a professional Union, up to an including the newly created Federal Workers Union
Represent signatories of a petition
and
Lobbying efforts or requests do not undermine existing law, Civil Rights, Worker’s Rights, Environmental Protections, Consumer Protections, Deregulatory Requests, or undermining Constitutional Provisions generally.
Government Employees Stock Trading
While the Stock market exists, all elected officials, at all levels of government, including appointees, and workers, are prohibited from own personal stock portfolios that are not a 401k, or otherwise a designation of a retirement account
Any attempts to trade stock within those accounts while holding office, or an employee with access to financial or economic information shall be treated as Insider Trading, with a mandatory maximum sentencing
Any failure to divest upon becoming a government employee, or assuming office shall result in similar punitive measures up to and including attempting to undermine the Federal Government, and engage in acts of Bribery
