INDUSTRIAL REORGANIZATION
Federalization of All Industries
It is self-evident that the profit motive of American Industry, and the ideals of Capitalism have not only failed our country for our entire existence, but further has contributed directly, not indirectly to every facet of social, cultural, and ecological harm and suffering within our own borders and the planet as a whole.
Wherefore, it is the policy of this Administration to Federalize all industry in the United States of America, too include foreign industries whose business is conducted on American Soil.
This shall standardize the cost of labor across the several states
This shall standardize the industry practices, for each industry across the several states
This shall ensure that costs are universal across the several states without cronyism interfering
This shall ensure that the profits generated from our On Demand Consumerist Industrial needs are disbursed amongst the workforce and offset taxation respectively, at a rate of 50/50
This means that 50% of all profits generated from a given industry shall be distributed evenly amongst the workforce, and the remaining 50% shall be distributed to the Federal Agencies needed to facilitate our nations programs, after expenses directed towards the improvement, modernization, or expansion of industry determined by industry experts, and coordination with the work force, as well as genuine needs of society.
This shall ensure that all workers, all positions shall adhere to the Federal GS, and Executive Schedules, rather than allow C suite employees make 90% of the companies profits in salary or bonuses, ensuring a far more balanced distribution of profits to the work force
This shall ensure that environmental, safety, training, support, HR, workers relations, workplace accommodations, etc. can be prioritized by law and enforced by law rather than at the mercy of the corporate bylaws and willingness of state or local agencies to enforce them
This shall ensure that the public shall forever own the means of production, and that the state, with the consent of the governed shall manage, facilitate, and maintain the means of production until or unless such time occurs that the public take ownership, maintenance, and facilitation over completely from the state
This shall ensure that International Trade, investment, and production in our industries shall be met with strict requirements benefitting the people of the United States of America, rather than the profit margins of the Bourgeoise Capitalists
Organization Structures and Oversight
Provisionally all US Industry shall fall under the purview, and guidance of the Department of Labor (DoL).
The DoL shall further create sub agencies for each major industry ranging from, but not limited to: Rail, construction, manufacturing of goods, food, luxuries, consumables, and entertainment, agriculture, heavy machinery, raw materials, refinement, infrastructure development, telecommunications, services, human resources, and public works.
These sub agencies shall be comprised of 1/3 Industry Leaders, 1/3 workers in the industry, and 1/3 Research and Development (R&D) to ensure the greatest spread of knowledge, experience, and expertise in the respective industry
These sub agencies shall have the authority to regulate industry, determine public need, establish costs, value, time tables, etc. related to their industry.
These agencies shall have offices dedicated to liaisons between the other sub agencies to ensure a unified economic and industrial strategy.
These personnel shall be subject to the same code of ethics, and morals as any elected official with punishments included
There shall be a panel of civilians that oversee all of these sub agencies, individually, and report on their activities to the public to be made publicly accessible, and easily understood by the general public, in perpetuity.
