The American Nuremberg Trials

• Every single member of ICE, every agent, every leader, every administrator, every support personnel, every single individual who receives, has received, or contributed to ICE activities within the past 20 years shall be arrested, charged with war crimes, crimes against humanity, terrorism, instilling public fear, violation of the Constitution, and Treason, with a mandatory life sentence without the possibility of parole for those with indirect involvement, and a mandatory death penalty for those with direct involvement

• This shall include former presidents, congressional members, judges, prosecutors, corporate leaders who funded, or donated to the aforementioned individuals, journalists who reported in support of these atrocities, the networks that aired or printed them, the CEO’s and corporate leaders who facilitated or allowed it to happen, and any foreign nationals who fall under the above conditions who happen to be in the United States or should ever set foot back into the United States, and staff directly involved with the listed parties.

• The Trials will be held in DC, or if there is a more suitably symbolic city or location that would more aptly announce the end of ICE, the previous administration, the rise of fascism in America, and the absolute depravity involved, such a location shall be used instead

Abolishment

• The Entirety of the ICE Agency shall be abolished, funds redistributed to other agencies and any remaining assets repurposed for other uses

Compensation and Restitution to Victims

• Given the widespread, and heinous nature of ICE activities during the previous administration, it is paramount to rectify any damages that were incurred by the victims of these heinous acts

• Any individual who suffered at the hands of ICE, was targeted by ICE, or law enforcement agencies, the previous administration generally, or otherwise had their rights or freedoms violated shall be eligible for monetary damages, restoration of immigration, visitor, or residential statuses respectively, restoration of any seniority, promotability, or other similar lost career or academic progression, be tax exempt for the rest of their natural lives, have priority selection in terms of housing, loan approvals, academic pursuits, job opportunities, and be granted full US Citizenship at no cost should it be desired

• Furthermore, a memorial for those lives lost during the ICE purges, and atrocities committed by the previous administration shall be erected with direct input from the victims to determine how they should be remembered and recognized

• A national holiday of remembrance shall be established in which the atrocities of ICE and the previous administration shall be aired on all news networks, all immigrant heavy industries shall shut down for the day, as a reminder of what is lost when marginalized groups are targeted, and as a warning to future generations to never allow even a hint of discrimination to cross their lives or fascism will sow its seed to reap a bloody and gruesome harvest
