HATE SPEECH AND SYMBOLS REFORMS

HATE SPEECH

Per this provison, all speech, legislation, art, media, or posting that is: misoginistic, racist, discriminatory, homphobic, xenophobic, anti-semetic, zionist, transphobic, or otherwise undermines the 14th Amendment shall be deemed Hate Speech.

Parties that have committed Hate Speech on social media, in person, at the work place, during interviews, or in the news, shall be fined $5,000

Legislatures who attempt to, or have already proposed, or voted on legislation that would strip protected classes of their rights or dignity shall be charged with crimes against humanity, and immediately removed from office, those bills and legslation struck from the records, and any actions taken on behalf of those laws shall be  retroactively abolished from affected persons criminal records.


HATE SYMBOLS

All Confederate symbols, MAGA, White Nationalist Symbolism, the KKK, Nazi Symbology, and Zionist Iconography that isn't shared with Judiasm, shall be added to a national registry of Hate Symbols.

Usage, support of, or display of such symbols will follow the same punishment as Hate Speech with the additional provison of the fines being cumulative for every day action is not taken to remove the symbol from display

This will necessarily result in all Confederate Statuary, Monuments, and other fixed objects to be removed from the public and placed instead in National Musuems with explict mention fo the myriad crimes committed under those represented statutes, monuments or symbols


CIVIL WAR REPARATIONS AND ANTEBELLUM LAWS

Shall be summarily struck from the register and any funds collected ,or distributed shall be returned to the States, the Cities, or the Treasury Respectively

History in America, especially in the South shall teach the reality of Slavery, the horrors committed during those times, and the unmitigated truth that the Confederates States were traitors to the United States of America, her Constituion, and the ideals upon which they were founded.
