ETHICAL MORAL AND PHYSICAL STANDARDS OF ELECTED OR APPOINTED OFFICIALS

Ethical and Moral Standards

  • Complete prohibition on religious doctrine, faith, beliefs, or affiliation to being mentioned, campaigned upon, or otherwise utilized to facilitate the promotion of their candidacy, duties while in office, or any other official acts

  • Any activities, language, efforts, endeavors, associations with, direct or indirect involvement with organizations, entities, foreign or domestic that invalidate, devalue, or otherwise undermine provisions, rights and protections guaranteed under the Constitution, her amendments, or established laws, shall be summarily met with extreme prejudice, disallowance of continued activities, removal from ballots, or other appropriate actions, charges in violation to the appropriate laws, or Constitutional Amendments or Articles, crimes against humanity, subversive acts, domestic terrorism, undermining public safety, and any other applicable or relevant crime up to and including War Crimes, or Crimes Against Humanity as outlined by the Geneva Conventions, with a mandatory minimum sentence of life without the possibility of parole, with the preference for the Death Penalty

  • These standards shall be universal for any appointment, election, elected position, or other official titles, activities, or designations at any level of government that is under the bounds of the US Constitution.

  • Examples of prohibited acts that will result in prosecution per this provision include but are not limited to: racism, sexism, transphobia, promoting genocide, xenophobia, Christian Nationalism, Nazism, Zionism, threats or doxxing of competitors, spreading of misinformation, promoting misinformation, undermining public institutions that the individual has vested private equity interest in, insider trading, using their office or influence for personal gain, blackmail, election tampering, voter disenfranchisement, using government resources to achieve any of the above, misappropriating public funds, or any general activities unbecoming a representative, or duly appointed member of government


Physical Standards

  • Establish health and fitness requirements for elected officials and appointees, ensuring they possess the physical stamina necessary to fulfill their duties effectively.

  • Encourage healthy lifestyle choices, regular medical checkups, and stress management practices to support the wellbeing and resilience of elected officials and appointees.

  • Provide necessary accommodations or support for individuals with disabilities to ensure equal opportunities for participation in political office or appointments.

  • Mandate mental acuity and aptitude requirements to ensure that all persons involved in decision making, are capable of doing so, without bias, and with the public interest in mind
