Elected Official Retirement, Benefits, etc.

• No elected or      appointed official may receive retirement funds, regardless of time served

• Elected and      appointed officials, must receive similar benefits as their constituents      during their time of service

• Elected      officials and appointed officials shall be expected to work the same      amount of days and hours as general citizens, excluding paid federal      holidays, but allowing for PTO and sick time
