Women Murdering Their Attackers

In one of the most horrific moments of a woman’s life, compounding it with a charge of murder for defending themselves using lethal force against an attacker, is perhaps one of the most egregious failures of our Criminal Justice System to actually facilitate and see justice.

• Per this provision, women, universally, unilaterally, under all circumstances in which they can provide the barest minimum evidence that their safety was threatened, shall be able to in their legal defense, claim the right to self defense in all cases, and under all circumstances that lead into actions up to and including the taking of a life.

• Per this provision the definition of woman falls under the same definitions of women as outlined in the 14th Amendment, covering Transgender, and non-gender affirming persons.

• Per this provision any woman currently serving a sentence for acting in self defense against their attacker, abuser, trafficker, etc. shall be exonerated, released from prison immediately, afforded witness protection if needed, and provided reintegration support in perpetuity too include financial support of no less than $70,000 USD, the median cost of living for their location, or median cost of living for their preferred relocation, whichever is greater

Social Murder

Social murder, a term coined by Friedrich Engels, refers to the premature deaths of individuals due to exploitative social and economic conditions, particularly under capitalism. It's not a direct act of violence but rather a consequence of systemic factors like poverty, poor working conditions, and lack of access to essential resources, where those in power are aware of and benefit from these conditions.

• This term and definition shall be added to the list of crimes prosecutable under the onus of murder.

• All persons have the right to self defense against any harm done to them, directly, or in this case indirectly

• Self defense against indirect harm necessarily takes the form of protest, but that protest may also take on the form of being necessary to the security of a Free State, in accordance with, and supported by the establishment of a federal militia, and the Civilian Deputization Authority, may include lethal force against the perpetrator of the Social Murder.

• Social Murderers are not limited to the Ceo’s, Boards of Directors, or lawyers arguing on their behalf, but any employee who engages in the facilitation of the Social Murder themselves.

• This is not limited to health or Life Insurance entities, but can include fossil fuel industries, and any other industry whose activities can have the direct or indirect influence of someone living or dying, such as construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing.

Antifa

All empathic human beings who see injustice in the world, and speak out against it are considered patriots to their countries, and humanitarians in most circles. However, when these egregious acts happen at home, those who speak out are silenced by the state, deemed dissenters, and are either imprisoned, harmed, or killed to ensure their silence, or compliance to the abuses of the state. When the state does this at the behest of, at the advice of, the recommendation of, in support of, or due to the influences of Capital, this is called Fascism.

• Anti Fascists are those who stand diametrically opposed to fascism, or any state supported authoritarian activities that violates the rights of citizens, and non citizens alike. These individuals may even take action in the form of violence against the state to ensure the state causes that much less harm against the people. 

• These people shall also be exonerated for their alleged crimes against the state, as in the history of our very own nation, the Antifa of the times were the Patriots, who would end up fighting the Revolutionary War against England.

• Had we lost that war, those Patriots would be remembered in history as terrorists and extremists, instead of the heroes we know today.

• Wherefore, per this provision antifascist activities, up to and including violent acts against the state, or industry engaging in activities that undermine the Constitution of the United States of America or in violation of the Rights of the People, or the premises of Democracy generally, shall be exonerated in full, and posthumously exonerated as the case may be.
