Data Center Regulations

All Data Center Construction, operation, and location designation shall adhere to the following provisions.

• Land allocated to Data Center Construction, parking, etc. shall not use ariable farm land

• Data Centers shall be built to utilize Renewable Forms of energy, and at no time shall cooling technologies utilize the public water supply

• Data Centers shall not use Fossil Fuel technologies, of any kind, to generate power for operation, including but not limited to Propane Generators

• Data Centers shall not integrate with any existing electrical grids, and should be self contained

• Any costs incurred by Data Centers cannot, under any circumstances be pushed to the public to pay for, or result in increasing costs for public utilities in any capacity
