Regulation of Consumer Goods

Whether or not American Industries become Federalized, it is evident that current legislation regarding price gouging, and profiting off of goods necessary for life are failing our society. For this reason, all consumer goods shall be regulated in the following manner:

• All Industries that manufacture, supply, distribute, or otherwise participate in the production of: food, clothing, beverages, and other Cost of Living goods shall maintain a worker to CEO earnings cap, including non monetary benefits, and fringe beenfits, of 20:1

• Prices of all afdorementioned goods shall be reset to January 1, 2000 prices, to include distribution, supply, and other associated costs

• These prices shall remain fixed until or unless economic conditions such as inflation, make it impossible to maintain quality practices at those price levels.

Regulation of Housing

Whether or not Universal Housing becomes approved in the United States of America it is evident that the current housing crisis, rental crisis, and parasiticism of the industry as a whole is devastating our society at all levels. For this reason, all housing, residential housing, aprtments, etc. shall be regulated in the following manner:

• All homes bought on or after January 1, 2020 shall have their remaining principle loan amount reduced by $100,000 or 50% whichever is greater. If this reduction would result in the loan being paid off, then the loan shall be honored as paid off without any tax penalties

• Rental rates shall be similarly reduced by 50% across the nation, regardless of year of construction, years of lease agreement, or other extenuatring circumstances

• Rental properties shall be explicitly forbidden, siezed by the Federal Government and offered at a county level assessment rates to be sold to persons in the bottom 20 percentile of income in a first come first served basis.

• Any attempts at renting Individual Residential Property (personal homes) shall be charged with Crimes Against Humanity by with holding housing from people in need, with punishments up to and including the death penalty

• No Individual may own multiple properties unless legal documents can be provided to show that the property is intended for a family member once they are old enough to live on their own, or due to their inability to cover cost of housing generally

• The Credit Score shall be summarily abolished and loan payment determination shall be calculated based off of 5 years of average income

• New construction of any residential housing whether those are apartments, condominiums, or stand alone residential housing, sound proofing between walls, floors, including basements and attics shall ensure that noises of 60DB cannot be heard through them. Additionally all modern regulations of siding, wrap, insulation, etc. shall be held in strict adherence to ensure the highest quality living spaces for residents.

• If costs of materials become prohibitive to maintaining the regulated cost of housing, then the Federal Government will subsidize costs up to the level necessary to keep hosuing costs down to the regulated levels of January 1, 2020 average cost of housing/construction

Regulation of Utilities

With the advent of AI Datacenters dramatically impacting our electrical grids, and drinking water supplies it is evident that our systems in place ot protect citiziens have failed. For this reason, all utilities shall be regulated in the following manner:

• Industries that rely upon consumer infrastructure to operate shall pay a multiplier of the amount of utility consumed compared to an average single residence. Simply put if a company uses 100x more water, electricity, and natural gas than an averaghe residential consumer, then they will pay 100x the rate of electricity, 100x the rate of water, and 100x the rate of natural gas.

• All industries are banned from using Propane, gase, or other Fossil Fuel Generators to offset energy requirements to operate.

• All industries shall adopt Green Technologies, and install Solar Panels to further help offset their carbon footprint and drain on the public power grid.

• Any attempts to undermine, or disregard these provisions shall result in all senior leadership at the location, every Director and C suite member including any member with the title of: CEO, President, Founder, shall be charged with eco terrorism, and crimes against humanity with an equal amount of counts of attempted murder equal to the number of residents within 15 miles of the facility, with punishments up to and including death
