CHINESE RELATIONS
Diplomatic Relations
Depending on the severity of diplomatic relations between the United States and the People’s Republic of China (PRC), it will be the express wish of my Administration, per this provision to reestablish good relationships with China in all areas with due considerations taken due to the severity of those strained relations upon assumption of the Office of the President
It shall become the policy of the United States that Tibet, Taiwan, and Bhutan are sovreign nations and shall remain that way for as long as the people wish to remain a sovereign state
It shall remain the policy of the United States that the Yellow Sea remain international waters
Trade Relations
The United States will attempt to reenter fair, and reasonable trade agreements with the PRC in all areas in which trade would be mutually beneficial
The United States will solicit the support of PRC engineers to help facilitate the US High Speed Rail system, and major construction initiatives with due considerations made by the US
Military relationship
There are conflicting goals in the Eastern Hemisphere with regards to US and PRC interests, however, where they align, the United States shall enter into mutually beneficial, or supportive military relations with the PRC
Cultural Relations and Strengthening
It is the express wish to engage in cultural exchanges, and offer due reconciliatory compensation to Chinese nationals who were the victims of the xenophobic activities of the Trump Administration, ICE, and other affiliated bad actors.
